The Xfit Reader

I'm recently retired so I have more time for reading and Crossfit. I'll try and blog about both since they are both my favorites.
Summer Love - A.J. Llewellyn This series just keeps getting better for me. I keep thinking I'm going to get bored with Kimo and Lopaka's story but the sex keeps getting hotter and the island history more facinating. I love their family that continues to grow, bringing more facets to their relationship.
Love Slave for Two: Family Matters - Tymber Dalton Whew! I had quite the emotional rollercoaster ride in this one but still loved it.
A Witch in Time - Madelyn Alt V
Roughstock: And a Smile- Season One - BA Tortuga I love the cowboy-speak in these books. It really makes the story.
His Christmas Wish - Andi Anderson Andi has done it again with a very sweet Christmas story made up of faith, love, a mended heart and some steamy sex. I always enjoy the hot men, fun expressions and positive spin on life. I look forward to reading more in this series.
Fly Me to the Moon - A.J. Llewellyn 4.5 stars actually. What a wonderful imagination and a very fun Christmas story.
The Sparrow - Mary Doria Russell Wow!!! What an amazing read. It shelves for most as sci-fi but it's so much more than that. I LOVED this book.
Snow Plowed (Bay City Paranormal Investigations, #7.5) - Ally Blue Short and hot!
The Sweet One - Andi Anderson Awww I loved this cute, little short story! I wish it could have been longer but it packed in a wonderful lesson about love and sacrifice. Sometimes rules demand to be broken. :)
King of Hearts - Cheyenne McCray I love this series of books. This is the first one about Alice (of course) who has a horrible life full of a nasty boss and an even worse man in her life. She falls down a hole and meets her overbearing lover that makes her feel super sexy (full-figured woman here)and loved. The sex is super hot and involves multiple men in one part. Yowza!! Loved that scene! Anyway...a fun, hot little read and well worth picking up a copy.
Trouble Comes in Threes (Triple Trouble, #1) - Tymber Dalton This was a quick read. I liked the idea of the triplets and their mate but the wording in some areas was distracting.
Where The Heart Is - Ally Blue I've been a Dean fan since he showed up in this series so needless to say, I loved this story. The sex was a bit of an eye-opener for me but only added to insight into the characters' personalities.
Cerulean Sins - Laurell K. Hamilton This one was really confusing for me. It didn't flow as well as the other books before it in the series, IMHO.
A Realistic Romance - Andi Anderson Samuel (Sammy) and Merrick meet as roommates in a reality show. Merrick is a brooding rock star who is trying to keep his life private and his reputation sound and Sammy is a light-hearted librarian who loves showing his true colors. These two gorgeous men have great chemistry together and I loved watching Merrick come out of his shell with Sammy's help. Andi has done it again with her sexy, fun-loving characters and their relationships. Her books will be a must-read for me.
Obsidian Butterfly - Laurell K. Hamilton It was a nice break from the "boys". I really enjoyed it and her growing friendship with Edward. It was also nice to see that Edward is "human" under his blank stare.
Texas Bad Boys - Rosemary Laurey;Karen Kelley;Dianne Castell The first story was poorly writtn which surprised me and the other two were better but still too quick with the happily ever after.
